Not just picking things up and putting them down. Obstacle Training (OT) is a dynamic, sports influence, total body workout. Total body workouts in general are a great way to increase strength and cardio, but OT adds explosiveness and balance, two more key elements needed to become a better athlete.

What to Expect:

Hope you like to sweat! If you do it right, OT can be an ass-kicking, especially if you’re using active rest in between sets. It’s also a lot of fun. Training with a medicine ball gets you as close to playing a game as possible, so we’ve tried to incorporate it into every workout.
