With the bosu ball flat side up, stand a few feet behind it, keep your legs straight and drop your body on to the ball. If the drop is too far, widen your stance. Try to land so your hands can grip the outer sides/handle areas of the ball. Do a pushup and immediately try to fling yourself back up to the standing position keeping your legs straight the whole time. Try to do the entire exercise as all one motion.
